Company Outing & Teambuilding Cooking Workshops
Our cooking lesson is great for company teambuilding activities and outing where colleagues cook side by side each other, giving a helping hand, bonding and at the same time having a good enjoyable fun time in a relax atmosphere with a wooden spoon in hand!
Workshops for companies are for minimum 6 persons to maximum 12 persons at our facility. For more than 12 persons, please contact us.
All our workshops include ingredients, equipment, use of apron, tea towel, drinks (excluding aperitif and wines) and snacks. Recipes will be emailed to you after the workshop.
Prices for companies exclude VAT. Please include 21% VAT on top of the price.

Menu: Kuih Pie Tee, Yong Tau Foo, Fishballs, Lo Ma Gai, Pancakes with Crispy Duck.
Is there anything more satisfying than cooking your very own Asian High Tea? Once you learn these delicious food, surprise your family and friends and invite them to your own homemade yummy treats. They will love it!
Learn these 5 Asian High Tea recipes: Kuih Pie Tee also known as Top Hats a Nonya Kuih delicacy with crisp elegant mould skin and fresh vegetarian fillings. This recipe can also be served as Hors d'oeuvre in a party. Next dish is Yong Tau Foo, a Chinese soup dish which means stuffed bean curd/tofu with a selection of vegetables stuffed with fresh fish paste stuffings. Then you will learn to make Fish Balls from fresh fish. Then we will continue to make Lo Ma Gai a classic dim sum dish. Lo Ma Gai is also called steamed sticky rice filled with chicken. Last but not least Pancakes with Crispy Duck. Make your own dough, roll and cook your pancake with the crispy duck. Come on, join us and after cooking, we can savour these yummy treats!

Dim Sum Specials
Menu: Har Gow, Siew Mai, Fried Wontons, Vegetarian Dumplings, Bapao
Dim Sum refers to small bite-sized Chinese food. In our special workshop menu, we have included 5 favourites like, Har Gow a steamed shrimp dumplings that are transparent, smooth and delicious. Siew Mai a traditional chinese dumpling in which we use chicken as fillings. Fried Wontons, a crispy fried dumpling which is so addictive. Once you taste it, you will want more. Next is Vegetarian Dumpling and the last is Bapao , a steam silky bun filled with red bean paste.
Note: There are shrimp/prawn, chicken, vegetables in this menu.

Singapore Favourites 1
Menu: Hainanese Chicken Rice, Soup, Vegetables, Prawn Fritters, Coconut Pudding
The main dish is a popular food among Singaporeans, the Hainanese Chicken rice. It is a dish of chinese origin. Hainanese chicken rice is often considered as the "national dish" of Singapore. This dish is served with side dishes such as soup and vegetables. As appetizer you'll learn to make cucur udang which is prawn fritters and for dessert a typical local coconut pudding. A workshop not to be missed!

Menu: Singapore Chili Crab, Curry Puff, Seafood Horfun Noodles, Kuih Bakar.
Food and eating is a national pastime in Singapore. And Singapore is famous for its food. Seeking out those popular dishes from Singapore and cook it yourself? In this menu, you will learn to cook the famous talked about national dish Singapore Chili Crab, Seafood Horfun Noodles in thick gravy, the all time local favourite snack pastry Curry Puff filled with potatoes and last but not least for dessert an oven baked traditional Singapore Malay Kuih Bakar (loosely translated as "baked cake"). Don't miss this mouth watering food!

Singapore Streetfood 2
Menu: Otak-Otak, Kuih Dadar, Roti Kirai/Jala, Coriander Chicken Curry with spiced lime yoghurt.
When we think of street food or hawker food or food court in Singapore it's all about good food and Singapore is known as a food paradise. In this menu, you will learn how to make the famous local food known as Otak-Otak which is made of fish and spices wrap in banana leaf a secret recipe, Roti Kirai or Roti Jala "net bread", a special Coriander Chicken Curry with spiced lime yoghurt and for the sweet ending Kuih Dadar, a soft rolled pandan crepe filled with sweet coconut. It's addictively delicious!
Note: There is fish in the ingredients for Otak-Otak. This cannot be substituted. If you are a vegetarian and can take seafood, the Coriander Chicken Curry can be replaced with seafood or vegetarian substitutes. There is no pork in this menu.

Menu: Lontong Sayur Lodeh, Tahu Goreng, Stir Fry Beef Noodles, Melon & Sago Dessert
Singapore is a wonderful pot of mix cultures. And it shows in the variety of mouth watering food. In this menu, you will learn how to make a Singapore Malay Lontong Sayur Lodeh, a popular dish of mix vegetables, stew in perfection in lightly spiced coconut gravy with steamed rice cubes (lontong) which is traditionally serve during Hari Raya Festival. Tahu Goreng, fried tahu (tofu) and vegetables serve with delicious peanut gravy. Delicious stir fry beef noodles with vegetables and beef. And to end the meal with a tasty Honeydew Melon & Sago Dessert, a sweet and refreshing mix of melon and coconut milk.

Learn how to make traditional food from Malay and Nonya kitchen from Singapore. Fully hands-on you will create a wonderful snack of Potato Spring Rolls with minced beef, a one-meal noodle dish: Mee Siam, a sweet, sour and spicy noodle dish with prawns which is popular in Singapore. And to end the meal with a sweet savoury traditional "kuih" (dessert) Ondeh-ondeh which will melt in your mouth..

Menu: Potato Curry Puff, Chicken Satays with Peanut Sauce, Fried Rice
Our popular chicken in skewers or commonly known as Chicken Satays and our authentic peanut sauce is back! Learn how to make potatoes snack as an appetizer, and beautiful fried rice. Cut, roll and cook!
Note: There is no pork in this menu. For vegetarians, alternative to chicken satays, we will substitute to "Tahu Goreng" (Fried tofu with vegetables serve with peanut sauce).

Menu: Sambal Goreng , Chicken Rendang, Rice, Melon & Sago Dessert
Everyone loves mixed vegetables dish and for this menu side dish you will make vegetables with tempe (soya product) and tofu (soya product) simmer in coconut milk. The result an exciting taste of spice, sweet, sour coconut infused with fresh vegetables, tempe and tofu. The main dish is Chicken Rendang slow cook and simmer in spices and coconut milk brings a unique flavour to this dish which will be served with rice. Finally a fresh, melon dessert top with sago pearls to quench your thirst and finish this meal.

Thai Delights 1
Menu: Tom Yum Gung, Green Curry Chicken, Pineapple Fried Rice
Since we have numerous requests for Thai food we have added a Thai menu. The perfect Thai curry starts with a homemade Do-It-Yourself curry paste. Learn how to make green curry paste from scratch. Thereafter you will cook using this paste to make your Green Curry Chicken. Thai food is not complete without Tom Yum Gung (Tom Yum Soup with Prawns) and Pineapple Fried Rice.
